In an effort to ensure that our conferences remain accessible to all delegates we are happy to discuss any accessibility accommodations that you would like to request on you or your students' behalf at the conference location.
While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide them, we will make a good faith effort to provide the requested accessibility accommodations within the scope of our ability. Terms and conditions for the conference:
"I confirm that I am the parent/guardian, or member of the faculty responsible for supervising those students who will be attending the conference in all aspects of preparation for and attendance at the conference. I have the permission and authorization of both the school and the parents of conference attendees to oversee the actions and be responsible for the safety of the conference attendees. I will be responsible for the behavior of my delegate(s) during the entire period they are at a FHSMUN conference or in transit to and from the conference. I guarantee that they will comply with the rules of the FHSMUN, Inc. I have reviewed my registration and confirm all information contained herein is accurate."
