Note: We use this information to ensure that rooms are properly allocated on each of the conference nights and surrounding nights to accommodate all participants. Your information is not binding, and you will confirm your hotel stay dates and other information soon after registration. The conference organizers will soon provide you with instructions for how to make your reservations; please do not make reservations until then. As a reminder, all participants are required to stay at the conference hotel with the exception of schools located in NYC that commute to and from the conference.
